I’ve
been in Boot Camp for about 4 months now. I was
bordering between sizes 8 and 10 when I started and now am
easily a size 8 with wiggle room in that. I see a
difference in myself---physically, I can see muscle definition
I’ve never seen before and my endurance is much higher.
Mentally, I find myself for the first time in my 37 years
wanting to go to class, feeling like I can do much more than
I’ve ever thought, and just overall feeling better about
myself. The best part for me is that there is no
boredom—with the circuit and the changes every week, we are
