is NOT a "cookie cutter" generalized speed clinic.

Clinic has been solely designed for the game of lacrosse.

Lacrosse Speed Boot Camp will cover the following:
Super Quick First Step
Explosive Speed and Power
Deceleration
Mechanics of Running
Stabilization Drills
Small Area Quickness Drills |
Exercises to Decrease ACL Injuries
Lateral Speed and Agility
Change of Direction
Bodyweight Exercises
Medicine Ball Drills
Cone Drills |
Each
clinic will require you to bring
your spikes, pads, helmet and stick.
You will focus on cradling and checking while
performing your drills.
Dodging and cutting will be performed throughout,
if you forget your equipment, you will be sent home.
