KP Fitness is proud to present a multi sport 6 week speed, agility, and quickness clinic aimed at improving all elements of the young athletes game.

Strength coaches Kevin Pasquay & Caitlin Pettit,  unlock the secrets in their 7 step Program which utilizes all types of equipment which include, ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, viper belts, foam rollers, and sprint cords.

The program includes:

  • Active warm up drills
  • Running mechanics drills
  • Ladder drills for linear and lateral speed
  • Change of direction drills
  • Game speed drills for game breaking speed
  • Total body strength, mobility, and stability
  • Regeneration for recovery and injury prevention
