KP Fitness is proud to present a multi sport 6
week speed, agility, and quickness clinic aimed at
improving all elements of the young athletes game.
Strength
coaches Kevin Pasquay & Caitlin Pettit, unlock the secrets in
their 7 step
Program which utilizes all types of equipment which
include, ladders, hurdles, medicine balls, viper belts,
foam rollers, and sprint cords.
The program
includes:
- Active
warm up drills
- Running
mechanics drills
- Ladder
drills for linear and lateral speed
- Change
of direction drills
- Game
speed drills for game breaking speed
- Total
body strength, mobility, and stability
- Regeneration
for recovery and injury prevention
Space is
limited. Each player that attends will also receive
